Leyla Salvade

Leyla Salvadé is a Heartfulness Therapist, spiritual technologist, and the visionary founder of the CORA Method™—a groundbreaking system designed to rewire the human operating system from the head to the heart. Her work merges science, soul, and technology to restore our original frequency of coherence—through the electromagnetic intelligence of the heart and the remembered wisdom of the soul.

With over a decade of experience across emotional intelligence, vibrational science, quantum energy healing, and consciousness studies, Leyla has guided thousands around the world into deeper alignment with the truth of who they are. Her teachings have touched global audiences—from corporate teams and high-performing individuals to seekers, creatives, and pioneers of the new paradigm.

Born and raised in Switzerland to a Lebanese-American mother and a Swiss father who grew up between Colombia and Venezuela, Leyla grew up in a home where six languages, multiple cultures, religions, and ancestral wisdom coexisted. Her multicultural upbringing instilled a lived understanding of unity consciousness, even before she had the language for it. At twelve, she moved to Phoenix. Over two decades, she lived in Lucerne, Cannes, Scottsdale, London, Los Angeles, New York, and now Zurich—fluent in English, German, and Swiss German, carrying the rhythms of six languages, she became a bridge between worlds and perspectives.

Leyla's journey began in the world of sustainable fashion in London, where she studied at Central Saint Martins and worked as the PA to a sustainable designer—becoming the youngest backstage manager at London Fashion Week with a promising career carved out for herself. But at 22, a life-altering dark night of the soul revealed a deeper calling. She moved to Los Angeles and immersed herself in transformation work—studying integrative health, energy medicine, and ancient spiritual technologies. Over the next decade, her path led her into the realm of elite wellness, where she worked as a transformational coach and ceremonial guide, refining the tools that would become the foundation of the CORA Method™.

In 2014, based in NYC at the time, she founded her first company, Standing Light—a global coaching and events platform rooted in the power of heart intelligence. Through her signature transformational event series Heart To Table™, Leyla traveled the world hosting immersive experiences at iconic locations—merging self-development, entertainment, and beautiful design with local chefs in carefully curated environments that became catalysts for connection and transformation. Through her YouTube show The LightStyle Interview Series and The Standing Light Podcast, she spotlighted visionaries including Tristan Harris, Max Lugavere, Radha Agrawal, Sah D'Simone, Lars Muhl, and Rasmus Gaupp-Berghausen (Dr. Masaru Emoto's lead scientist), and many more.

Her revolutionary teachings—first developed as the Standing Light Method™, and now evolved into the CORA Method™—have been shared at Mindvalley, The Class by Taryn Toomey, Soho House, Six Senses, UnDavos during WEF, Building Bridges, and more.

After nearly two decades based in the United States, Leyla returned to Switzerland in 2019, where she served as a Heartfulness Therapist at one of the world's most exclusive clinics—working with royalty, billionaires, and global leaders while continuing her private practice. But no matter how far she traveled, she witnessed the same truth: we are in a global crisis of disconnection.

In 2024, she founded CORA ZONE—a revolutionary EdTech platform pioneering the future of human intelligence. CORA ZONE is the world's first training system for the heart brain and intuition—designed to activate the 40,000 sensory neurites within the heart's neurological network and strengthen the bio-electromagnetic field that governs our capacity for coherence, presence, and expanded perception. Merging neuroscience and quantum coherence, CORA ZONE trains users to access the heart's predictive intelligence—the ability to perceive and respond to information before the thinking brain can process it. This isn't wellness. This is neurological recalibration. A complete upgrade of the human operating system from fear-based survival mode to heart-centered coherence.

At the intersection of consciousness technology and embodied wisdom, CORA ZONE is redefining what it means to be intelligent—proving that the heart is not only our most powerful organ, but our most sophisticated form of intelligence.

At the forefront of the new era in healing, Leyla is redefining what it means to be human—building the bridge between soul and software, and returning us to a higher intelligence that has always lived within: the heart.

"The heart isn't just emotional—it's electromagnetic.
It holds the codes of the soul, and when we remember how to live from it,
we return to the frequency of love that created us."

The Path That Led Here

Before she consciously understood the language of the heart, Leyla was already living it. She remembers life with her sixth sense intact—something most lose as they grow older. Growing up in the Swiss forest, intuition was simply how she navigated the world. Nature became her first teacher in listening, sensing, and attuning to the unseen.

As a young athlete with the Swiss National Team in Rhythmic Gymnastics, training six hours a day, she learned the intelligence of the body—the experience of becoming a channel where something greater moves through you, and the mind steps aside. That state led to gold medals, not through force, but through attunement.

At home, six languages danced through the kitchen. Her Lebanese-American mother and Swiss father, who grew up between Colombia and Venezuela, wove together multiple perspectives, cultures, and beliefs. Through this tapestry, she didn't learn tolerance—she lived unity. She didn't learn spirituality through books—she inherited it through being.

Her maternal grandmother—daughter to a Scottish mother and Irish father—became one of the first models at the Eileen Ford Agency, photographed by Avedon and Scavullo. On a business trip to New York, her Lebanese grandfather saw her and fell in love. Their daughter was born in Egypt, raised in Lebanon during the war, and would eventually meet her Swiss father at a summer camp in the mountains. An unlikely meeting of worlds.

It wasn't until she stepped into the wider world that she realized most people live in separation—from their bodies, from each other, from the heart and soul. The CORA Method™ is her offering to help us remember.

Over the next decade, she trained with shamans, spiritual masters, and pioneers bridging ancient wisdom with modern science. She became a certified HeartMath Resilience Trainer and a certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). She spent time at Plum Village—the Zen Buddhist monastery founded by Thich Nhat Hanh—studying mindfulness and meditation. She hosted Daniel Mitel (spiritual successor to Drunvalo Melchizedek) for intimate workshops in her New York City apartment, and visited Nassim Haramein's lab, the Resonance Science Foundation, in Southern California.

Her work is informed by Gregg Braden, Drunvalo Melchizedek, Rudolf Steiner, Nikola Tesla, Buckminster Fuller, and many more visionaries who understood that the heart holds intelligence beyond what the mind can grasp. Her explorations included past life regression therapy, Internal Family Systems, somatic trauma work, ancestral healing, and quantum energy healing.

She didn't just study Heart Intelligence—she lived it. She healed a twenty-year struggle with chronic eczema through heart coherence alone, learning to metabolize emotional pain stored in the electromagnetic field. Every client she guided, every ceremony she held, became part of the living research that would become the CORA Method™.

Conception Story

The Symbol That Sparked It All

At sixteen, in the middle of a high school chemistry class, Leyla received what can only be described as a transmission.

While her teacher mapped out chemical compounds on the whiteboard, she—a lifelong artist—felt an overwhelming urge to create her own formula. Born on April 5th under the sign of Aries, she sketched the Aries glyph (♈︎) and Roman numeral five (V). To her surprise, the symbols began to merge into the shape of a heart.

Then everything changed. She left her body. Hovering above the classroom in her astral form, she asked the only question that arose: "What is this?"

A voice—clear, divine, beyond her understanding—responded:
"Leyla, you won't understand the importance of your symbol now. But in time, you will."

Soul Etched Destiny

This wasn't a doodle. It was a download.

That same day, she left school and had the symbol tattooed on her left wrist—a vow to never forget what she knew to be true: the heart always knows the way.

A soul-encoded heart—the original operating system.

Years later, she would understand. The symbol wasn't just personal—it was the foundation for everything she would build. A reminder that the heart's intelligence precedes thought, transcends logic, and holds the keys to our deepest knowing.
