Leyla Salvade
Founder of the CORA Method™ | Heartfulness Therapist | Spiritual Technologist
Leyla Salvadé is a Heartfulness Therapist, spiritual technologist, and the visionary founder of the CORA Method™—a groundbreaking system designed to rewire the human operating system from the head to the heart. Her work merges science, soul, and technology to restore our original frequency of coherence—through the electromagnetic intelligence of the heart and the remembered wisdom of the soul.
With over a decade of experience across emotional intelligence, vibrational science, sacred energetics, and consciousness studies, Leyla has guided thousands around the world into deeper alignment with the truth of who they are. Her teachings have touched global audiences—from corporate teams and high-performing individuals to seekers, creatives, and pioneers of the new paradigm.
Leyla’s journey began in the world of sustainable fashion in London, where she first explored the intersection of beauty, ethics, and expression. But at 22, a life-altering dark night of the soul revealed a deeper calling. She moved to Los Angeles and immersed herself in the world of transformation—studying integrative health, energy medicine, and ancient spiritual technologies. Over the next decade, she trained with shamans, spiritual masters, and pioneers in the vibrational healing arts.
Her path eventually led her into the realm of elite wellness, where she worked as a transformational coach and ceremonial guide, further refining the tools that would become the foundation of the CORA Method™.
In 2014, she founded her first company, Standing Light—a global coaching and events platform rooted in the power of heart intelligence. Through her signature event series Heart To Table™, her YouTube show The LightStyle Interview Series, and The Standing Light Podcast, Leyla spotlighted visionaries including Tristan Harris, Max Lugavere, Radha Agrawal, Sah D’Simone, Lars Muhl, and Rasmus Gaupp-Berghausen (Dr. Masaru Emoto’s lead scientist).
Her revolutionary teachings—first developed as the Standing Light Method™, and now evolved into the CORA Method™—have been shared at Mindvalley, The Class by Taryn Toomey, Soho House, Six Senses, UnDavos during WEF, Building Bridges, and more.
Born and raised in Switzerland to a Lebanese-American mother and a Swiss father who grew up between Colombia and Venezuela, Leyla grew up in a home where six languages, multiple cultures, religions, and ancestral wisdom coexisted. Her multicultural upbringing instilled a lived understanding of unity consciousness, even before she had the language for it.
After nearly two decades based in the United States, Leyla returned to Switzerland in 2019, where she served as a Heartfulness Therapist at one of the world’s most exclusive clinics—working with royalty, billionaires, and global leaders while continuing her private practice, and slowly dreaming up her second venture.
In 2024, she began developing the next evolution of her work—designed to scale heart intelligence for a global audience.
It’s not public (yet), but it’s coming.
Think: soul tech, heart-led AI, and a whole new operating system for humanity.

At the forefront of the new era in healing, Leyla is redefining what it means to be human—building the bridge between soul and software, and returning us to a higher intelligence that has always lived within: the heart.
“The heart isn’t just emotional—it’s electromagnetic.
It holds the codes of the soul, and when we remember how to live from it,
we return to the frequency of love that created us.”
— Leyla Salvadé
The Path That Led Here
Why I Do This Work
Before I ever learned the language of the heart, I was already living it.
I was born with a fully intact sixth sense—able to see, feel, and experience what others couldn’t name.
Growing up in the Swiss forest, surrounded by silence and trees, my intuition wasn’t something I had to develop. It was how I navigated the world. Nature became my first teacher in listening, sensing, and attuning to the unseen.
As a young athlete training six hours a day with the Swiss National Team in Rhythmic Gymnastics, I came to understand the intelligence of the body. It was through physical discipline that I first touched the experience of being a channel—where something greater moves through you, and the mind gets out of the way. That state led me to win gold medals—not because I was the strongest, but because I was the most attuned.
At home, I was surrounded by a constellation of cultures. Six languages danced through our kitchen. My Lebanese-American mother and Swiss father, who grew up between Colombia and Venezuela, wove together Spirituality, Islam, Catholicism, and deep ancestral wisdom.
Through this tapestry, I didn’t learn tolerance—I lived unity.
I didn’t learn spirituality through books—I inherited it through being.
It wasn’t until I stepped out into the world that I realized most people live in separation.
Separation from their bodies.
Separation from each other.
Separation from the heart and soul.
Separation from Spirit.
And that’s why I do this work.
Because the greatest pain I see in the world is not the suffering itself—
but the forgetting of who we truly are.
The CORA Method™ is my offering to help us remember.
My Journey
I began in the world of sustainable fashion in London, but a life-altering dark night of the soul at 22 redirected my path.
While living in Los Angeles, I immersed myself in integrative wellness and vibrational healing—training with shamans, energy masters, and teachers of somatic and spiritual intelligence.
In 2014, I founded Standing Light, a global coaching and events company rooted in heart-based transformation.
I launched Heart To Table internationally, hosted The LightStyle Interview Series with voices like Tristan Harris, Max Lugavere, Radha Agrawal, and Sah D’Simone, and produced The Standing Light Podcast with guests like Lars Muhl and Rasmus Gaupp-Berghausen, Dr. Masaru Emoto’s lead scientist.
These early teachings evolved into the CORA Method™, a more multidimensional system merging sacred embodiment, vibrational mastery, and energetic hygiene.
Multicultural Roots, Global Vision
I was born in Switzerland, raised with Swiss, Lebanese, and American roots, and shaped by a home that spoke six languages and held multiple spiritual lineages.
I’ve lived in Lucerne, Phoenix, London, New York, Los Angeles, and now Zurich, and am fluent in English, German, and Swiss German.
After 20 years in the U.S., I returned to Switzerland and served as a Heartfulness Therapist at one of the world’s most exclusive clinics, working with royalty, billionaires, and high-profile clients while continuing to build my own practice.
But no matter how far I traveled—across industries, timelines, and cultures—I saw the same truth:
We are in a global crisis of disconnection.
That’s why I founded CORA ZONE in 2024.
CORA ZONE is a living ecosystem where ancient wisdom meets soul technology—designed to reconnect humanity to the frequency of love that created us.
At the frontier of emotional technology, quantum coherence, and spiritual intelligence, CORA ZONE bridges the soul and the system.
Conception Story
A Knowing from the Start
Long before she founded Cora Zone or created the CORA Method™,
Leyla Salvadé experienced the kind of revelation that marks the soul's calling.
From an early age, Leyla operated through what is often dismissed as a “sixth sense,” but which she would later identify as the electromagnetic intelligence of the heart’s field — a scientifically measurable, neurologically trainable system we all have access to when the heart brain is activated.
The Symbol That Sparked It All
At sixteen years old, in the middle of a high school chemistry class, Leyla received what can only be described as a transmission.
While her teacher mapped out chemical compounds on the whiteboard, Leyla — a lifelong he-artist — felt an overwhelming urge to create her own formula. Born on April 5th under the sign of Aries, she sketched the Aries glyph (♈︎) and Roman numeral five (V).
To her surprise, the symbols began to merge… into the shape of a heart.
Then, everything changed. She left her body. Hovering above the classroom in her astral form, she asked the only question that arose: “What is this?”
A voice — clear, divine, beyond her understanding — responded:
“Leyla, you won’t understand the importance of your symbol now.
But in time, you will.”
Soul Etched Destiny
This wasn’t a doodle. It was a download.
A soul-encoded signature that would one day become the foundation for the CORA Method™.
That same day, Leyla left school, got a fake ID, and had the symbol tattooed on her left wrist — a vow to never forget what she knew to be true:
The heart always knows the way.
♈︎ (Aries) + V (5)
A soul-encoded heart — the original operating system.
The Path of Re/membering
Leyla would find language for what she had always known. She discovered the groundbreaking research of HeartMath and became a certified HeartMath Resilience Trainer. She dove into the teachings of Gregg Braden, Drunvalo Melchizedek, and hosted Daniel Mitel (Drunvalo’s spiritual successor) in her New York City apartment for one of his workshops.
Her path weaved through sacred science and quantum spirituality — spending time with Nassim Haramein and his lab in Southern California, studying the blueprints of Rudolf Steiner, Nikola Tesla, and Buckminster Fuller. She immersed herself in vibrational healing technologies, spent time in Plum Village with Thich Nhat Hanh studying mindfulness and meditation, and explored everything from past life regression therapy, Internal Family Systems, somatic trauma work, and ancestral healing to conscious multidimensional navigation.
She didn’t just study Heart Intelligence — she lived it.
She healed a twenty-year battle with chronic eczema by anchoring her soul in her heart and metabolizing the emotional pain stored in her electromagnetic field.
And she began navigating the subtle realms — learning to read frequency, decode distortion, and hold light integrity in spaces where others misused energy masked as truth.
In Service to the Heart
Everything — the spiritual experiences, the scientific training, the healing initiations, and the multidimensional awakenings — led to this:
The CORA Method™ — a multidisciplinary system to return humanity to heart-centered coherence.
Cora Zone — a platform to scale that method — through both human guidance and AI.
Leyla — a guide born to build the bridge between the soul and the system.
Leyla Salvadé is not just a founder.
She is a transmitter, a translator, a trainer in the intelligence of love.
She is here to remind us:
The heart was always the way.
